CASE STUDY– Red Wall Garden Hotel, Beijing

The Red Wall Garden is a 40 rooms boutique hotel in the centre of Beijing.
The hotel was opened in 2009 and signed a full management contract with Epoque Hotels at the beginning of 2013. Here some of the results achieved in a short period of time:

CASE STUDY– Sofu Hotel, Beijing

Epoque Hotels took over the management of Sofu Hotel in Beijing in pre-opening stage in March 2014. Soft-opening date was April 15th, 2014. This brand new 38 rooms boutique hotel is located in central Beijing in the historic Huguosi Hutong - a street with over 800 years of history.

The rooms at Sofu Hotel are individually styled, designed with an eclectic modern Chinese twist.
The hotel features a restaurant/bar serving mainly western cuisine and BBQ items.

H SPOT Hotels’ objective is to add a different hip twist to the hotel and play our part in increasing visibility of Huguosi Hutong to international travellers.
H SPOT is redesigning the image of the hotel, its look and feel, including the logo, brochure, Website and all other collateral.

Epoque Hotels is elaborating and introducing a totally new concept for the restaurant and F&B operation of the SOFU Hotel which will dramatically increase revenues.

CASE STUDY– Balmule House, Dunfermline

Epoque Hotels has taken over the management of the Balmule House in September of 2014. The Balmule House is a 14th Century House with luxurious accommodations and vast acres of beautiful gardens and woodland. Each of the 8 rooms has undergone an extensive and sympathetic renovation over the past four years and has been refurbished to the highest standards. The hotel is located in the Fife countryside, north of the city of Dunfermline in Scotland and just 30 minutes by car from Edinburgh and Perth.

Epoque Hotels is working with the owners in a plan to convert the adjacent coach house and stables into 10 more hotel rooms.
